Microsoft email send limits
ImportantThis tool sends one separate message to each group member. Microsoft Exchange Online currently documents these volume limits:
- 10,000 recipients per day per mailbox, measured over a 24-hour sliding window.
- 30 messages per minute; excess submissions may be throttled and carried over.
Estimated sending time at 30 messages per minute:

Large groups can take several minutes. Your organization’s policies and external-recipient limits may also apply. Actual sending can take longer because of throttling, retries, and network or service delays. Read Microsoft’s Exchange Online sending limits.
